The Chobani employee kitchen and cafeteria renovation transformed a 5,500-square-foot space at the company’s New Berlin facility into a refined, high-end dining and gathering environment for staff. Built by Hayner Hoyt, the renovated kitchen and cafeteria accommodate 84 employees and serve as a daily hub for the people behind one of Central New York’s most recognized brands. The new space pairs a fully outfitted commercial kitchen with a thoughtfully designed seating area, featuring lounge-style soft seating and integrated audio-visual elements that support both relaxed meals and informal conversation.
The project reflects Chobani’s broader investment in workplace culture, recognizing that the spaces where employees gather, eat, and recharge directly shape engagement and connection across the organization. Hayner Hoyt delivered a finished environment that balances function and hospitality, giving Chobani’s team a comfortable, elevated daily amenity worthy of the company they help build.
