Crouse’s Clocktower Café underwent a 6,000 sq. ft. renovation in approximately 4.5 months after decades without updates. The project included extensive demolition and the installation of new mechanical systems, modern lighting, and high-quality finishes. A state-of-the-art kitchen was added, and new cafeteria seating to enhance the dining experience for the hospital staff, patients, and guests. Despite challenges such as maintaining kitchen operations during the renovations, our team successfully manages these by working nights and during off-hours.
