We served as design-builder to redevelop a former grocery store into Oswego Health’s behavioral health campus. The 43,000-square-foot Lobdell Center includes outpatient services, primary care, inpatient and geriatric behavioral rooms, and staff support spaces, with two courtyards added for natural light and a redesigned, landscaped site.
