St. Joseph’s Parking Garage

Acting as the design-builder on this project, we built a new parking garage on North Townsend Street for St. Joseph’s Health. The finished structure is 4.5 stories tall and provides almost 400 parking spaces, replacing the existing physicians’ office building parking garage. The project was finished on schedule and over 10% under budget.
